2. What we do not store
Lexi-Life does not store your estate documents. Documents remain in your external storage. Lexi-Life stores structured information and links only.
3. How we use data
- • Provide and operate the service
- • Generate your Executor Pack export
- • Enable access for your nominated executor
- • Enforce security and prevent abuse
- • Communicate with you regarding your account or service
4. Third parties
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. External links point to your chosen storage provider, which is governed by that provider’s policies. Lexi-Life does not control or access content stored on third-party platforms.
5. International use
Lexi-Life operates globally and may process data in multiple regions depending on hosting and service providers. Lexi-Life is incorporated in South Africa and aims to comply with applicable privacy laws, including POPIA and, where applicable, GDPR.
6. Your rights
